Swim: 16 laps
Jog: 40 minutes pace running (I like the indie podcasts at http://jogtunes.com)
Bike: 30 minutes.
Lots of calories burned today!

My fitness blog during and after losing 100 pounds. I'm 40 and am going to do a triathlon in 2009! I believe women should not be afraid of the weights.
