Today was cardio day!
Treadmill: 30 minute jog at 5 mph, then 30 minute walk at 3.5 mph. Then 30 minutes on the recumbent. I burned over 500 calories!

My fitness blog during and after losing 100 pounds. I'm 40 and am going to do a triathlon in 2009! I believe women should not be afraid of the weights.
