Last workout for the weekend!
Did 30 minutes on the treadmill at 3.5 miles per hour.
Then 30 minutes on the stationary bike.
Then 25 on the recumbent to cool down.

My fitness blog during and after losing 100 pounds. I'm 40 and am going to do a triathlon in 2009! I believe women should not be afraid of the weights.
